Coffee for a cause!

Your purchase of our coffee supports our mission of being a place of connecting, learning, and celebrating.

We're happy to announce our partnership with Lancaster Stroopie Company/Wanderlust Coffees and Neighbors Cafe to bring you organically grown, fairly traded, air roasted coffee that supports our work at Neighbors Community Center.

Vecinos Blend

Sweet, crisp, and balanced, with hints of chocolate, caramel, and almond, from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Vecinos is the word for neighbors in Spanish, the official and most spoken language of Guatemala.

Gorebetochi Blend

Bright, smooth, and sweet, with hints of plum and lemongrass, from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Gorebetochi is the word for neighbors in Amharic, the official language of Ethiopia.

You can:

  • order a 24 oz. French press (enough for you and a friend to share, unless it's one of those days when you each need your own!) to drink at Neighbors Cafe (450 N. Prince St., Lancaster, Pa.)
  • buy bags of beans for yourself to brew at home or as a gift for a friend
  • purchase online to ship anywhere in the United States.

Thank you for your support!

Neighbors Community Center at Hub450 is a multicultural gathering place for connecting, learning, and celebrating. We welcome those who have lived in Lancaster for many years and also our new neighbors from across the country or around the globe. Current programs include Global Women's Village (a co-op for artisans), English classes for refugees and immigrants, and after-school tutoring, plus events for the whole community.

Hub450 is also available to rent as a venue for your next corporate, social, or private event.

Update from Southeast Conference of LMC
The Southeast Conference District of LMC comprises 10 congregations and 2 church plantings in Florida. Some of these congregations were very close to Hurricane Milton's path across Florida. I'm thankful to be able to report that currently there are good reports from these congregations and their members about protecting from significant damage from the storm. We rejoice with them and encourage everyone to pray for them and that God would give them opportunities to be a blessing to those around them who might be suffering from the effects of the hurricane and need to see the hands and feet of Jesus through the church. We will stay in contact with the bishop team there (Juanita & Eligio Nuñez and Lee Miller) to see if there are ways that LMC as a whole can be a blessing to the churches and their members in this season of difficulty and loss. Please continue to pray for the churches in the Southeast Conference District and for the people of Florida as well.
Thank you!" - Keith Blank (on behalf of the Bishop Elder Team)
