Our next Youth Ministry Leaders gathering is Wednesday, March 2!  Join us in the new LMC offices for a light breakfast and a time to share ideas and events about youth ministry and encourage and support each other through conversation and prayer.
These gatherings are for anyone who works with youth in LMC: youth pastors, sponsors, SS teachers, camp staff, church schools & agencies, or anyone else passionate about reaching youth with the love of Jesus Christ.

Lead others into life in the kingdom of God
Develop your ministry and leadership skills next summer while giving oversight to middle school and high school youth as together we invite the Kingdom of God to grow in and around us in Lancaster city. Serve for two months in the summer by facilitating week-long experiences for youth groups. The preferred application deadline is March 1. Indonesia Global Youth Summit trip
EMM is hosting a trip to attend the MWC Global Youth Summit in Indonesia from June 21 to July 5, 2022. The trip will be led by Troy and Michelle Landis — EMM alumni with years of experience in the language and culture of Indonesia. Learn more and sign up at EMM.ORG/GYS2022.

The No Longer Alone Family Support Group, now supported by Landis Communities, meets on the fourth Sunday of every month. The guest speaker for February will be Dr. John Shand, Psychiatrist at WellSpan Ephrata. His presentation on "Abuse and Its Effect upon Mental Health" will be followed by a time of sharing. The public meeting is scheduled for Sunday, February 27, 2022; from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. by Zoom. Meetings will be held via Zoom until further notice and will return to Landis Communities as soon as possible.
 
The monthly meetings provide a place for those who have a loved one living with mental illness to learn and share their experiences. For information on joining the Zoom meeting or to receive a monthly meeting reminder, call 717-381-3599 or email JAlbright@landis.org by noon on Friday, February 25.

Rare Ausbund Hymnal Comes to Lancaster
*  World's Only Known Copy of the Ausbund Hymnal's 1st Printed Edition (1564) Coming to Mennonite Life.
*  The Ausbund has been in continuous use for worship since its first printing in 1564, and many Amish communities use it in worship today.

Discover an influential artifact from Anabaptist history on March 28 at 7 pm at Mennonite Life, 2215 Millstream Rd., Lancaster PA, 17602. Joe Springer, Curator of the Mennonite Historical Library, Goshen, Indiana, exhibits the Ausbund hymnal and discusses the Sammelband style of binding printed hymn pamphlets together, as this Ausbund is part of a Sammelband. During the lecture, Springer will also introduce hymns and other devotional literature that flourished in pamphlet form among Anabaptist groups during the 17th and 18th centuries. 

The Ausbund is the oldest Anabaptist hymnal. It has been in continuous use for worship since its first printing in 1564, and many Amish communities use it in worship today. The Ausbund on display is the only known copy of the 1564 1st printed edition.
