Greetings from MWC! This e-newsletter is being sent to churches and individuals in Central PA to keep you informed of events related to PA 2015, the 16th Assembly of MWC which will be held in Harrisburg, PA July 21-26, 2015. Please help us spread the word, either by including some of these announcements in your church bulletin, or by forwarding to persons who may be interested. – Lynn Roth, MWC North America Representative

Need more hosts for Assembly registrants. The MWC Private Guestroom Committee is still looking for hosts who live within an hour's drive of the Farm Show Complex. Hosts will offer a bed and breakfast and take their guests to a specified shuttle bus location. We currently have space for approximately 1000 Assembly registrants, but due to a healthy demand, we would like to have space for up to 1200. It's easy to sign up. Just go to the MWC Pennsylvania 2015 page (www.mwc-cmm.org/pa2015) and click on "Offer Home Stays" to see more information and fill out the application form. Questions may also be directed to Lyndell Thiessen at mwchomestays@gmail.com.

Seeking musicians for worship services. We are seeking four "core" musicians (guitar, bass, drums, & keyboard/piano) and 6-10 additional musicians (violin/viola, woodwinds, brass/trumpet) for the Pennsylvania 2015 Assembly. These musicians will provide the instrumental music for the Assembly International Vocal Ensemble, other participating choirs and for the whole Gathering singing. The singing and worship services will reflect the global fellowship of Mennonite World Conference, and be rich in music and worship diversity. We are looking for musicians who have a strong commitment to Christian/Anabaptist values, excellent team skills, previous performance experience, reference from pastor, familiar with (or willingness to learn) a wide variety of international types of music and different worship styles, and able to communicate in English. Prior to coming to Assembly, musicians will practice and become familiar with the Assembly music beginning in May, 2015. Practices will begin in Harrisburg on July 16. There will be several days of practice with the International Vocal Ensemble before the Assembly starts on July 21. Those interested in applying for Assembly musicians, should provide brief resume and videos or MP3s (or links) of their performances to Don McNiven (ibica.dmcniven@gmail.com) and John Williamson (JohnWilliamson@mwc-cmm.org). Applications should be sent prior to January 15, 2015. For more information please contact  JohnWilliamson@mwc-cmm.org.

Catch the global spirit by planning now for World Fellowship Sunday on January 18, 2015. Each year we encourage Anabaptist-related churches around the world to worship around a common theme on a Sunday close to January 21. On that date in 1525 the first Anabaptist baptism took place in Switzerland. World Fellowship Sunday provides an opportunity to remember our common roots and celebrate our worldwide faith community. We encourage congregations to hold a special offering for the global church on World Fellowship Sunday. Ideas for worship and offering are found at http://www.mwc-cmm.org/wfs
