April 15, 2015 New bulletin announcements Last call for MCC Serving and Learning Together (SALT) applications!     Be challenged, learn, serve and grow in your faith! MCC is seeking applicants for the Serving and Learning Together (SALT) program to serve for 11 months in a variety of assignments in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East! If you or someone you know is aged 18-30, apply now before it is too late. The placement process for the 2015-16 SALT term closes in May. mcc.org/salt.  Quilters needed at the MCC Material Resources Center in Ephrata     Quilters: We need your help! The MCC Material Resources Center in Ephrata, Pa., is looking for quilters who can help finish quilts to display at the upcoming Mennonite World Conference Assembly in Harrisburg. The quilt room is open Monday through Thursday (8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), as well as some Monday evenings. Please call (717) 733-2847 to schedule a time to volunteer. Ongoing bulletin announcements  MCC relief and hygiene kits     Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) has an urgent need for relief and hygiene kits. Relief kits provide valuable supplies to families whose lives have been disrupted by war or disaster. Hygiene kits give people the supplies they need to stay healthy. In times of need, these kits provide basic necessities like towels, bar soap, toothbrushes and nail clippers, while also reminding people their needs are not forgotten.
