This is also an excellent opportunity for a student home from college who may want to pick up extra hours over the summer.     The Source A note from our Executive Director, Roxanne Holcomb    Dear FRCC Friends,   By now many of you have received an invitation in the mail to our Annual Fundraising Banquet. Whether invited by mail or newsletter all are welcome, please feel free to bring a friend who you would like to introduce to FRCC. Please respond as soon as possible so that we can better plan for the event. If you are a business and would like to sponsor a table, please contact me.   This banquet is critical to helping us reach a place where our income is aligning more closely to our expenses. With all of the changes we have experienced in the past year, we are more than half way toward reaching that goal. We will always need the help of you, our friends, in order to continue to minister to our local communities, but probably never more than we do right now in order to bridge that Gap (pun intended) and be able to continue to serve as we do. As of April 30, 2015 we have over four hundred active clients coming to our offices for hope and healing. Does that surprise you? It certainly did me when our Insurance Coordinator, Debbie Krantz, produced that information from our data base of clients.   Even after 15 months in the Executive Director's seat, I continue to be amazed by the amount of calls we receive from pastors, local businesses, other ministries, schools (public and Christian), friends of friends, asking for our professional and Biblical expertise and partnership in various matters. I cannot imagine these communities without the resources we provide. Our counselors are compassionate, professional, prayerful and available to those in need.   Please join us for our Annual Fundrasing Banquet on Friday, May 29 at 6:30 at Shady Maple in East Earl. This event will celebrate FRCC's past, present and future. We will hear from people whose lives have been impacted by God working in and through our counselors for His glory. The evening will not only include great food and fellowship, but will also be fun as we bid on items from our Silent Auction. To date we have some awesome contributions, i.e. Hot Air Balloon Ride for two; Phillies Diamond Club Tickets for four (Father's Day right around the corner); Glick Structure Shed; Sight and Sound tickets; Quilt, theme baskets; Date Night packages; and many other items. The list continues to grow and there will be something for everybody's taste! Please reserve your seats on our website or by calling 717-442-9577. Houston Run Community Center (formally the Family Center of Gap) will be hosting a Grand Reopening on Saturday, June 27th. There will be food, fun, hot air balloons, and music by Will Stoltz! FRCC will open its doors to the public. Come on out! We'd love to give you a tour.
