Please share these announcements with your congregation through your church bulletin or e-newsletter.

Get to know your global Anabaptist family!  What do a Colombian drummer, a German gardener, and a Canadian cyclist have in common?  They all love the church and work with Mennonite World Conference to help the global Anabaptist churches walk together.  Join them and other global Anabaptists for mutual encouragement, support, and challenge.

Here's how:

  • Through Courier/Correo/Courrier, MWC's biannual 20-page magazine filled with teachings, resources, and perspective-based content from around the globe.
  • Through Info, MWC's monthly newsletter containing current news, testimonies, and prayer items.  Receive both Info and CCC electronically, or subscribe to CCC in print.  To sign up, go to https://www.mwc-cmm.org/signup
  • Through social media.  Connect with MWC through

--Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mwcmm/)

--Twitter (https://twitter.com/mwcmm)

Mennonite World Conference is more than an Assembly every six years.  MWC is the umbrella creating the shared space for global Anabaptists to build relationships and reflect God's glory and diversity in the world.  Jenny Neme of Justapaz (Colombia) affirms "The sharing of resources (people, experiences, finances) through MWC's networks crosses cultural and language barriers," and allows for greater impact in service and ministry.  Please remember MWC in your church's budget planning and through offerings, to support the ministries that bring people together "to the glory of God."

Pray for the European MWC member churches as they respond to violence and displacement in the Middle East by ministering to refugees and urging their governments to work for peace.  For more information, including links to statements issued by European and Canadian Mennonites, go to https://www.mwc-cmm.org/content/not-my-name-european-mennonites-reject-violence
