'TIS THE SEASON

We'd like to wish you a safe and happy Holiday Season and a peaceful and prosperous New Year!

The Individuals of Friendship Community have been busy the last few weeks. See their fun and merriment below!

Here you can see Mary, Amy and Theresa enjoying their favorite holidays!
Dwight enjoyed a visit to Hershey's Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. While he was there, he picked up this enormous 5lb chocolate bar.

Tom helped decorate the homes door with this festive la-la-la-llama. The ornaments have the homes Team Members names on them to show appreciation for their hard work!

Jelani worked on one of his favorite indoor activities, coloring! The chilly weather outside made it the perfect time to stay in and color. He's also ready to welcome in the new year with his fun accessory.
Tim, Dan and Vince hung their favorite ornaments on their Christmas tree.

Gary, Sandy, Marian and Deneen decorated their door with Frosty the Snowman - complete with red garland and presents!
Cissie wants decorated a full-sized Christmas tree while Emily decorated the perfect tabletop tree!

Tyre, with the help of his Program Manager, Tina, was able to fulfill an item on his bucket list - visit New York City! They took the train out of Mount Joy and spent the day doing a LOT of walking and sight-seeing. Tyre loved seeing all of lights and is already planning his next trip back!

Doreen, Cathy and Lynn decorated their closet door to reflect a much loved figure - Frosty the Snowman!
Tracy and James prepared their house for the holiday season - complete with delicious cookies and a beautifully decorated tree.
Michelle, Pam and Nancy created various holiday crafts - including this lovely Nativity Scene!
Ray and Ted weren't feeling Grinchy at all while they made this fun door decoration for the Grinch and his dog Max.

Charlotte and Jess set up their own craft area at the table to create some fun holiday decorations.
Neal, Brett and Keith are proudly standing next to their Christmas tree - complete with handmade ornaments.

Brett also received some new Christmas themed cards so he enjoyed spending his time playing card games.

Susan, Cindy, Karen and Craig got really creative in their Christmas tree door decoration.
Taylor got really creative with his door to show his love of Disney and Toy Story.

Sherry, being a huge Penn State fan, decorated her own door to show off her Nittany pride.
Office Team Members wanted to show their appreciation for the dedicated, caring and skilled Direct Support Professionals of Friendship Community and the Individuals in the homes. Each home received a plate of treats in the spirit of the holidays.
Monday Heart Artists Mary Lou, Jess, Maureen, Benessia, Josh, Ben, Delvin, Charlotte, plus all of the other Heart Artists and Studio Team Members at Friendship Heart Gallery want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Don't forget to pick up your Friendship Heart Gallery calendar and make 2022 a little brighter! This 13-month calendar features artwork from 15 different Heart Artists. Quantities are limited.
