➡️ 18 Federal Title IX Investigations, Including a PA School: The U.S. Department of Education has launched 18 Title IX investigations nationwide, including one involving Pennsylvania's Great Valley School District, to determine whether school athletic policies comply with federal law. These investigations center on protecting sex-based fairness in sports and ensuring girls are not displaced or disadvantaged. For Pennsylvania families, this is a good and necessary step toward preserving women's sports as Title IX intended: fair, equal, and safe based on biological reality. Read more here. |
