Hi Phil,
I hope you are nice and toasty in your office or home. I am excited to invite you and your congregation to our Spring Banquet. The banquet will be held Thursday, March 24 at Shady Maple. Our keynote speaker will be Anne Beiler of Auntie Anne's Pretzels. We know that this will be an amazing time of sharing, inspiration and hope to have you there.
After a lot of discussion, REAL Life Community Services will not be holding a fall and spring banquet any longer, so this will be our main fundraiser for the year. We could really use your help. I am attaching a sponsor form in case your church would like to sponsor a table.
We are also changing our reservation system to make the whole process more comfortable and seamless for our guests. Each seat will have a name attached to it, so if you do sponsor or reserve a table, I will need the names of those coming. Those names can be changed up until the day before the banquet, but each attendee will have a name tag with their table number printed on the tag to help with any seating chaos. We want our guests to enjoy their time with us!
We would love it if you could add the information regarding the banquet to your Sunday bulletin. Even if your church does not wish to sponsor a table, you and your congregants can reserve seats. Please see the attached form or visit our website by clicking HERE.
