Discussion with Thought Leaders
on Race and Faith
Elizabethtown Mennonite Church, 300 S. Spruce St., Elizabethtown, Pa. 17022
Thursday, February 16, 7 -10 p.m.
You're Invited to a discussion with thought leaders on Race and Faith, called Under Our Skin: A Forum on Race and Faith. This discussion encourages positive response instead of fear or panic tactics. Lancaster Conference leaders are encouraged to attend.

For many, the racial divide is an argument, a political position, or a debate on television. The panelists in Under Our Skin desire to move us from argument and debate to understanding by being intentional about trying to put ourselves in someone else's shoes. This forum will also provide us with practical and actionable tools-and a strong call to action-to effectively address challenging issues about race in our churches, schools, and homes.

The event, presented by Tyndale House, will be live-streamed by NavPress and cosponsored locally by Elizabethtown Mennonite Church and Lancaster Mennonite Conference. Speakers include Raven's tight-end Benjamin Watson and former NFL coach Tony Dungy on a panel with several others. For more information go to http://www.underourskinforum.com/.

The live-streamed event will occur on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00-10:00 PM ET at Elizabethtown Mennonite Church, 300 S. Spruce St., Elizabethtown, Pa.  17022. The event is free and open to the public.
