Greetings from Crossfire Youth Ministries!
This month we are highlighting: Fulfilling our mission.

Our Mission:
"To touch the heart of hurting youth with the Love of Jesus Christ."

This journey started back in August of 1992 in the little town of Smokestown PA. God placed a calling on my life to pursue this mission. Many individuals at the time thought I was crazy, didn't truly hear the voice of God, even told us that we should abandon this ministry and that our focus should be on our 3 little children at the time. I knew in my heart that God specifically called me to this venture. We fast forward 25 years - Our 5 children are serving the Lord and being a blessing in life. We have 2 godly son-in-laws and will be adding a daughter -in-law June 3rd who loves the Lord. God has blessed us with 6 grandchildren who are being raised to love Jesus. We are blessed beyond measure. The above photos show that children are still being taught to hear the voice of the Lord and to love Him with all their hearts & lives. To God be the Honor & Glory for all the awesome things He is doing and the healing He is bringing to children and their families.

Bus transportation blessing
I'm not sure I can put in words the blessing our 2 buses have been. Families & children value having door to door pick up service. The excitement on their faces and the jumping up and down when they see the bus come around the corner and hear the loud obnoxious horn - they truly bring happiness to many children. Every Wednesday evening we bus in around 40 children they are also used Thursday & Friday evenings. These buses are truly a gift from God! Thank you for donations that keep them fueled and running!

Crossfire Cookout celebrating our 25th Year!
You are invited to join us for a free cookout Saturday evening July 8th at Crossfire. We will be serving food 4-8pm. Stop by and meet our Board members, volunteers, employees & many of the children who currently enjoy this opportunity. Ashland Youth Center:

Ashland youth center continues to see life abound in and around town. Every week we are seeing new faces. Having a crew of 25-30 on a Tuesday or Saturday is now the new normal. The children of Ashland are open to hearing about God's love and they also enjoy singing times. They are very attentive and soaking in the Word of God. Fruit is just on the horizon. Cover this community in your prayers as well.

A Miracle in Motion:
Several weeks ago a burglar hit up Crossfire taking a few dollars. A security camera got a good photo of him. It was shared over 330 times on facebook. He was identified, caught and is being held accountable. However, Friday a detective brought him over to meet face to face. Sunday this man joined my family in attendance at church. Pray that God does a complete renewal in my new brothers life!

Volunteers Needed:
We are in need of additional adult leaders to assist with our Wednesday evening elementary program. If God prompts you ... heed His call! Duties-give of your attention to just 1 child.
