Help during the COVID-19 crisis!

Cocalico School District is giving out FREE meals during the emergency closure of schools! Check out the flyer below for more information!
Stevens Fire Company is giving out FREE meals during this time.

We are continuing to serve the community!

During this crisis, we have had a successful Power Packs food distribution. All participants in the program picked up their food from one distribution point, the food was picked up curbside, with volunteers bringing it to each car individually, making the least amount of group contact possible. This system worked well, and the volunteers were a great help! Plans are to continue this process through the end of May.

Here at REAL Life Community Services, were working on two new projects! Our vision for REAL is that we continue to grow! We are doing just that!

We would like to add a playground out back of the Declaration House for any residents children that that are currently residing there! We absolutely can not complete this vision without you. Would you consider helping us raise the thermometer?
YES! Id love to donate to this!
The next project we are working on, is the Warehouse building behind the Declaration House. We are consolidating our food distibution program, by purchasing a warehouse. We then plan to renovate it. The total cost of this project could be as high as $212,000.  Would you consider being apart of this with us either by giving financialy or with your time or in-kind donations!
YES! Id love to donate to this!
Spring/Summer Work Projects
As we continue to make The Declaration House a beautiful place to live, work and patronize, we are planning to clean up brush along the railroad tracks and behind the new 'Warehouse 916' building. If your church group, business or civic group would like to help, please contact Sunny@reallcs.org.
We are redoing the bathroom in the lighthouse!!
It was time! Keep a look out for updates on the process of the new bathroom!
Here at the Declaration House we have a Single Moms Support Group that is run by Kim Ludwig. The tenants at the Declaration House meet together every two weeks, read the word, and support each other through similar trials. The photo shown below shows Melinda Martin with some of the woman, right after Melinda had treated them all to massages! In the future they plan to have guest speakers, as well as visit nursing homes to share the love of God with residents! What a great group!
🎈🎈Willow Creek Discount Grocery 🎈🎈

A Communities that Care Model
We are excited to announce that we have begun the establishment of a group of leaders across our community that are coming together to address issues plaguing our families.  We look forward to tackling issues like homelessness, addiction, poverty, and more!  If you have any interest in learning more about Cocalico Cares ad the incredible opportunity it presents, contact Cocalicocares@reallcs.org.
Rapid Response Team!

We are creating a group of people that would be able to quickly respond to needs in our community. These needs may be anything like; changing a tire, helping with repairs, fixing a furnace, cleaning up water in the basement, chopping up a tree. Or even something as simple as giving someone a ride to work because their car wouldn't start. There are many different needs, and we want you to be a part of this team!
