More details to come! We want you and as many people as possible to join us in Harrisburg! So mark your calendars and stay tuned next week for more.

Bulletin Insert - Pray on Sunday. Call on Monday.

Every Sunday and Monday throughout the month of June we are calling up churches across Pennsylvania to be engaged on one of the greatest threats to religious freedom and privacy rights.

For more about this, go to pafamily.org/2016/05/prayandcall. And we have bulletin inserts available in both black and white and color to help promote this effort.

Are you Hersheypark Happy with their new bathroom policy?Still waiting on response from Hersheypark - please continue contacting them.

Thousands have contacted Hersheypark this week with concern over their policy of allowing men into their women's restroom facilities. PA Family Institute has sent six questions to Hersheypark officials to help clarify their policy - especially for areas like the waterpark changing areas or for other Hershey-owned facilities. We were told they would answer by today (thus far we have no reply).

You can send Hersheypark officials an email using our Citizen Action Center. We will also inform you if and when Hersheypark answers our questions.

Did your Congressman side with Obama's harmful order?

43 Republican members of Congress joined the Democrats to vote for an amendment that would ratify Obama's 2014 executive order barring federal contractors from what it describes as "discrimination" on the basis of "sexual orientation and gender identity" in their private employment policies.

And, of course, "discrimination" on the basis of "gender identity" can be something as simple as having a bathroom policy based on biological sex, not gender identity, as we learned last week from Obama's transgender directives to school districts. And "discrimination" on the basis of "sexual orientation" can be something as reasonable as an adoption agency preferring to place orphans in homes with married moms and dads.

Four Pennsylvania congressmen stand out among the 43 U.S. House Republicans who voted in support of Obama's policy which threatens freedom of conscience, religious liberty and privacy rights:

Voice your disappointment with their yes vote.

TAKE ACTION: Harmful Gambling Expansion Being Considered in PA House

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives is considering several efforts in budget talks to expand gambling throughout the state. Whether it be through government-sponsored online gambling or the growth of gambling options, this only will bring more problems to the people of Pennsylvania.

We encourage you to send an email this weekend to your State Representative (and State Senator) asking them to oppose any expansion of gambling here in Pennsylvania

Pro-Life Bill passes PA House: killing an unborn child is murder

House Bill (HB) 1799 just passed overwhelmingly in the PA House by a 152-37 vote (click here for roll call). Led by Representative Marcia Hahn (R-Northampton), HB 1799 would ensure any conviction of third-degree murder of an unborn child would be considered as murder when deciding a life-sentence in the murder of the mother.

Thank you Representative Marcia Hahn (R-Northampton) for your leadership on this effort. The bill now moves to the Pennsylvania State Senate for consideration.
