How can we keep NY's Abortion Extremes out of Pennsylvania?

Right now is a pivotal moment in our state and nation in responding to this cultural crisis of abortion. It is sickening to have pro-choice lawmakers cheer when passing abortion laws that permit a baby to be killed right up to the moment of birth. Since our beginning, now thirty years ago, Pennsylvania Family Institute has been working to fighting for the sanctity of human life. Today, this battle must be revitalized in Pennsylvania.

Just as Michael Geer explains in his appearance on this weekend's Spotlight program with Greg Barton on WDAC (here's a clip: Facebook | YouTube. Full radio interview: click here), we are building upon our systematic and aggressive strategy here in Pennsylvania and need people like you to help make it possible. To learn more, sign up with us here.

Also, Michael Geer wrote a letter about this that will be mailed soon - if you're not on our mailing list and want to receive a copy, contact us at mail@pafamily.org.

Lt. Governor's Weed Tour: Let us know if you plan to attend

It appears the top priority of our new Lt. Governor John Fetterman is legalizing recreational marijuana. He has announced he will be going to every county in Pennsylvania on a "listening tour" to discuss the issue. The first two stops have been announced:

Harrisburg (Dauphin County): Monday, February 11th, 6pm - 7:30pm, Jewish Federation of Greater Harrisburg, 3301 N Front Street

Newport (Perry County): Tuesday, February 12th, 6pm - 7:30pm, Newport Public Library, 316 N 4th Street

We encourage you to attend these events and speak out against legalization of recreational marijuana - Read this special report: Lessons Learned from Marijuana Legalization, to learn more about what has happened in other states.

If you plan to attend the Lt. Gov. Fetterman's Weed Tour stop in your county, please let us know.

Have you signed it yet? Help tell our lawmakers: Abortion is Two Million Too Many

FACT: This year, 2019, will mark two million abortions performed in Pennsylvania since Roe v Wade. That's more than the populations of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh combined.

That is two million too many and we want to remind our elected officials about the importance of human life. That's why we encourage you, if you have not already, to sign our Two Million Too Many petition at pafamily.org/toomany
