Hi friends,
"Why are you here?" my host in Iran asked me.
A very good question. The new book Good Guestwork: Christians and Muslims as Guests and Hosts is my attempt to answer it.
Just released by Santos Books, it's available here, along with more information and what endorsers are saying about it. It's full of stories, with something for everyone.
It's my hope that the stories and ideas in Good Guestwork will spark a fresh energy for mission, especially for life-giving relationships with Muslims, pointing us all toward Jesus the Messiah.
To that end, I'll be in the US from France for a week of events and conversations on the theme of becoming guests for the sake of the gospel. What difference does it make to be guests in majority-Muslim spaces? Does it change the way we think about mission, about faith, about peacebuilding?
