info@gehmanmennonitechurch.org | | | Since 1933, LBC has maintained its mission to educate Christian students to think and live a biblical worldview and to proclaim Christ by serving Him in the Church and society. We recognize, however, our Biblical mandate is to serve the local church, and one way we do that is through our eQuip program. eQuip is LBC's continuing education program that focuses on biblical enrichment classes. People from your congregation can register for courses and receive continuing education units (CEUs) upon completion of a course. | | | Our next classes begin October 1, and we have one class we think might be of particular interest to your ministry: Dealing with Conflict, taught by Dr. Nick Holeman | | | Rock, paper, and scissors. If only it were that easy to resolve conflict. If you dislike contention or see it as a challenge, then you will glean much from this class. Moreover, we will focus on the internal and external sources which lie at the root of all conflict. Also, we will discover how to resolve combustible issues in a win-win Biblical pattern. | | | | The second course taught is Survey of OT Historical Books, by Professor Michael Aiken. This course explores the historical books of the Old Testament from Joshua to Esther. We will be exploring the poetic and prophetic books as they intersect Israel's history. It is part of our ongoing biblical enrichment series, focusing on Bible study and knowing God's Word more deeply. | | | Individual tuition is $99. For groups of 5 or more, the tuition is $49 | | | | Class sessions are held at our Lancaster, PA campus.
