Transformation begins!

REAL Life Community Services has contracted with Wohlsen Construction to restore this iconic building to what it once was 100 years ago, with some modern changes and a new purpose! We were only able to salvage the basement floor and the bottom 10ft of the two front walls, but the most historic part of the building, the double doors in the front, will be re-purposed inside.

The old Denver House (hotel/bar) will be re-purposed to the Declaration House;

10 Affordable Apartments
Healthcare (medical, dental, counseling)
Social Service Hub
Retail Stores

Completion Date set for Summer of 2019!!

We have raised over $2.8 Million towards the Campaign. We have a $500,000 Victory Challenge to get us to the finish line! Every dollar raised from here on out will go to this challenge!
Help us get the word out by joining our team in walking with us in the 100th Annual Ephrata Parade on Wednesday, Sept 26th at 7pm! Walk with the float and hand out candy and flyers to the public! The more info we can hand out the more people will give!
