Learning about generosity with MCC

Share gifts of comfort and joy with your family and friends that help change lives across the globe. This Christmas season, MCC invites you to choose a gift from one of the MCC Christmas giving projects. Choose from projects online at mcc.org/christmas or request a printed booklet by calling 888-563-4676.

With this year's Christmas giving campaign, MCC offers resources to teach children about generosity. Colorable cards accompany a gift of lanterns, chicks, pigs and goats. Parents can download a card for children to color to give to friends and family. Or grandparents can choose a gift for a child and give them the card to color.

Visit mcc.org/generosity to request a free, downloadable resource that helps families to talk with children about generosity and MCC Christmas giving. The resource includes printable pages with activities, a story, a craft to make and gift ideas.

Advocate to address hunger amid COVID-19

As parts of the body of Christ, we are called by God to support each other (1 Corinthians 12:25). As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, humanitarian needs are rising. Vulnerable populations lack access to enough nutritious food due to disruptions in food production and distribution and existing inequalities exacerbated by the pandemic.

Join MCC and other faith-based organizations in requesting an urgent response by the U.S. Senate to address the dual crises of COVID-19 and a global economic downturn. Visit mcc.org/washington to write to your elected officials, asking them to address global hunger.

Read more about MCC's response to address hunger amid COVID-19 at mcc.org/stories.
