Residence Hall Director, Lancaster Mennonite School
LM School is seeking applicants that are passionate about student life in our residential high school setting, and LM's core values and faith statements. The Residence Hall Director provides holistic care for all students living in the dorm on the Lancaster campus, and manages Residence Hall Advisors.
The Residence Hall Director position will be a full time role and includes working directly with high school administration and director of admissions. The role includes collaborating with support staff, and supporting international student recruitment. This is a full-time position beginning July 1, 2021 and includes a benefit package. There will be times when you will be asked to work extra hours for snow, emergencies or special events.
