Things are beginning to come alive at our downstairs community space at Hub 450. No longer do you need to get on an airplane to serve cross-culturally ... the nations are coming to us!
We are excited to partner with the local community and church to create a space of welcome and refuge for the immigrant/refugee community here in Lancaster. As new initiatives are being launched, we invite you to be a part of this new venture. If you have an interest in volunteering at the Hub 450 space or helping to launch your own vision here, please reach out to us and we will continue to send you updates about how you can be involved.
Some upcoming opportunities include:
- Tutor at an afterschool program for refugee youth
- Build relationships with refugee women over coffee and tea
- Help run creativity programs that use art and storytelling to bring healing and understanding across cultures
- Or if you want to help launch new initiatives or have another creative idea to serve the community here at Hub 450, we would love to hear from you
