Backpack Giveaway: CrossNet partners with churches, local business, and the community to hand out backpacks and supplies to those who need them at the beginning of each school year. Would you consider donating new backpacks or school supplies this year? We are also seeking volunteers for our Backpack Giveaway Event on Tuesday, August 8th. Independence from Hunger Campaign: From June 28th through July 31st, Grocery Outlet in New Holland is raising awareness and funds from the community to give back to local food agencies, like CrossNet, to help address critical food insecurities in ELANCO. When you visit Grocery Outlet from June 28th to July 31st, you can help address hunger in our community and offer help and hope in the name of Jesus in two ways! Purchase a $5 food bag at checkout that will come back to CrossNet! Donate $5 at checkout and you will receive a $5 coupon for the next time you  come back! Sundance Car Wash Christmas in July Fundraiser: CrossNet is partnering with Sundance Car Wash  for their Christmas in July Fundraiser!  From July 24th to July 30th, CrossNet will receive $1 from every car wash at all of their locations! Locations are available here. The CrossNet Youth Center exists to offer a safe place for youth to connect with caring adults, build relationships, and do life together! It is a joy to experience community with these students in the ELANCO School District as we spend time hanging out and learning about the Bible together. This month, the students learned about the verse Jeremiah 29:11 and had fun playing sports, laughing together, and enjoying meals together. Last month, our Youth Center Manager received an email from a pastor at Grace Family Church. He excitedly shared that a student who was connected to the CrossNet Youth Center had just been baptized at their church! This student shared with the pastor that her acceptance of Jesus, as her Savior, happened at CrossNet! We are praising God for this young woman's outward declaration of the inward life transformation that has happened within her!
