Skills needed: proficiency in Excel, knowledge of GAAP, and some knowledge of accounting software. Accounting experience preferred. It uses a unique combination of facilitated introductions, reading, videos, group discussions, special activities, and prayer for unreached people. Kairos is one of several mobilization tools produced by Simply Mobilizing, Inc., located in the Philippines. Kairos is for all Christians at any point in their journey with God. It is not a "missions" course. It is an opportunity for all of God's people to have their worldview transformed and aligned with God's heart for the nations. All are welcome to visit the library. Use of library research materials and archives is complimentary for Mennonite Life members, and $7 per day for non-members.
 Mennonite Life curates Rare and Historically Significant Books and offers them for sale at periodic auctions. Join us in the Mennonite Life Community Room on Friday, March 8, at 6:30 p.m., for a Rare & Used Book Auction.

Highlights include a 1685 Dutch Martyrs Mirror rebound in the Netherlands, Evangelischer Kranken-Trost by Johann Andreä, 1774, and Annals of the Conestoga by Mast and Simpson. You'll also have the chance to bid on two bound volumes of the Mennonite Research Journal, comprising 1960–1977, John L. Ruth's The Earth is the Lord's, Christian Burkholder's 1829 Nützliche und erbauliche Anrede an die Jugend, an Ausbund that belonged to Ephraim Stoltzfus, c. 1949, and Das kleine Davidische Psalterspiel, 1781, that belonged to Adam Bowers; and other books.
Plain Living Series The Plain Living Series returns to the Garden Spot Village Chapel on April 8 and April 15. Join us for two opportunities to learn more about Amish and Mennonite stories and experiences in the Lancaster County area and beyond.  Mennonite Life members are invited to experience the 1719 Museum at an exclusive season preview on Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m.–noon.
Wander the museum grounds. Explore the Lancaster Longhouse and Herr House at your own pace. Children and families are welcome. The museum will provide children's games that early immigrants to Pennsylvania would have been familiar with.
The event will feature a garden display showcasing seeds likely used in the 18th century in Lancaster County, including both native plants and varieties brought from Europe. Volunteer Vonnie Groff will share about the Herr House kitchen garden and what the museum hopes to grow this year. This event is complimentary for Mennonite Life members.
