Dear Pastor,   In the past four weeks, people have experienced devastating loss due to natural disasters – hurricanes, fires – and by human hands. There is no greater time than right now for God's people to pray for the healing balm and love of our Almighty God, and to work toward peace. This month we invite you and your congregation to consider contributing to rebuild Academia Menonita Betania in Puerto Rico, and to engage in practices toward being a peacemaker. Feel free to include the links in your e-newsletter or bulletin.   Mennonite Mission Network, along with Mennonite Education Agency, partner with Academia Menonita Betania, a Mennonite school in Puerto Rico that was badly damaged by Hurricane Maria.
