Two Great City On The Hill Lectures
Two Great Topics, Two Special Invitations! Each year for our City On The Hill Youth Leadership and Worldview Conference, we host some of the best worldview speakers in the nation, and this year is no different. Quite often we'll hear from friends and supporters "I wish I could attend City On The Hill and hear those great speakers!" Well, you still have to be a high-school teen to attend for the week, but we are opening up two sessions so that you can hear a couple of great speakers we bring to COTH. Speaker: Dr. Paul Kengor – Best-selling author and Professor of Political Science, Grove City College. Details: Tuesday, July 26, 10:45 – Noon. Sebastian Academic Center, Room 101, Lancaster Bible College It seems that socialism and even communism are gaining some attraction in America today, especially among the youth. Some of this attraction is a result of simple ignorance. Dr. Paul Kengor, a renowned expert on communism and its devastating impact on life and liberty, effectively lifts the veil on these ideologies and points to the Truth.  The Case for Life: Equipping Christians to Engage the Culture
Speaker: Scott Klusendorf, international apologetics speaker, President, Life Training Institute. Details: Tuesday, July 26, 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Teague Learning Commons, Lancaster Bible College. (6:15pm - Reception with Michael Geer, Randall Wenger and Scott Klusendorf) Scott is returning to City On The Hill due to popular demand – both from the students that heard him, and the members of the community that attended this Tuesday night event last year. It is no wonder Scott Klusendorf is in high demand at schools and universities, conferences and seminars across the US and internationally; he is simply the best speaker on the issue of the sanctity of life, and how to make the case for life in public – with friends, co-workers, college students – anyone. If more pro-life Americans had the training Scott provides, our movement would be much further along in saving lives.
