Can you imagine?

Can you imagine sitting at home all alone in your room watching TV or playing video games. There is turmoil in the house and you feel completely hopeless and lost. You can hear family members yelling and cursing at each other. You are heartbroken.

Now imagine that God has not only provided transportation, but a safe place where you can mingle with other students. You can develop meaningful relationships with adults and other children. Adults who play games, they listen and interact with you, and value you as a unique gift of God pouring time into your life. You are finding Hope.

A place where you can be a kid. No pressures no responsibilities just be a kid. And best of all you can learn about a Loving Savior Jesus Christ who truly values you.

You don't need to imagine too far as many of the children that grace our doors are feeling what has been described. Calls come in early requesting a ride. Children who count down the days eagerly awaiting the next opportunity to be at Crossfire.

We have the opportunity to provide over 250 days of ministry to a group of over 150 students who range in ages 4-17 years.

The Joy, the Inspiration - is to see and observe children who truly embrace the Love of Jesus. Some of the children are starting to attend Saturday or Sunday worship services with us at ECC in Ephrata.

I am so thankful for all of the adult volunteers who generously give of their time to pour Jesus into these kids. I am thankful for Dwight & Sara Brubaker who help transport students back and forth from Ashland to Saturday evening services at ECC.

We are truly seeing this entire group of students grow in their relationship with God.
