Look How Far We've Come! Because of the generous support from this community and some amazing connections to outside foundations and government agencies, we have raised, to date, almost $3.3 Million! But we're not done! We still have about $250,000 to go! Would you help us complete the Victory Challenge Campaign by making your tax-deductible contribution to this great project? You can also help Saturday mornings to clean up the site or, if you are a professional carpenter, we need your help to install trim. In the end, this building will provide 10 full apartments for families in need, a social service hub and a medical center. For more info, call Rod at 717-368-7133. Together, we can change lives and transform Denver! | | Northern Lancaster Hub Update | | With our partners in the Northern Lancaster Hub, we are excited to offer shuttle service from Denver to the Ephrata Library. Come with your questions and learn from those who are at the top of their field addressing addiction in Lancaster County. | | Power Packs Update Every week, REAL Life Community Services provides food for 50 Cocalico School District families through their Power Packs program. Do you ever wonder, "How does REAL do it all?" Well, REAL Life Community Services is able to affect so many families because of very hard working volunteers, under the leadership of Donna Smith. Donna shops for the food, organizes the drop offs and the food packaging, and makes sure to know what is going on with each of the families we serve. She is amazing, but it's even more amazing that she is able to get volunteers there to help with packing the food on Wednesday mornings and then to distribute the food Wednesday evenings and Thursday afternoons. We can always use more volunteers, especially strong people to help with moving food from location to location and even delivering food to families that are sick or unable to make it to the food distribution centers from time to time. We love our volunteers and we love Donna. Think about how you can help us with this magnificent endeavor. | | | REAL Conquest Trail Run | | | On June 15, 2019, Camp Conquest and REAL Life Community Services are holding our very first REAL Conquest Trail Run with Obstacles. Enjoy a 5K trail run designed for teams of four to spend the morning together as they conquer 12 obstacles and multiple hills. The purpose of the REAL Conquest Trail Run is to build community awareness of Camp Conquest day camp programs and to raise funds for the Declaration House which will provide Social Services in the Cocalico region of Northern Lancaster County.
