Donations appreciated. | | Herm & Vince Music Duo Makes Lancaster Stops on 2022 Roots Music Tour The Herm & Vince Mission: Spreading Love, Life, and Healing Through Music Herm & Vince (Weaver and Buckwalter) are coming to Lancaster for several music performances over the August 13-14 weekend as part of their '22 Roots Tour. Visit www.hermandvince.com The lifelong friends and singer-songwriters reunite after meeting in 1977 at Hesston College (Kan.) The duo is performing at ten locales in 2022, with original vocals, mixed in with acoustic guitar and piano. Songs come from music written long ago and brand new compositions: Americana, Sacred and Simple, and Inspirational. Old tunes harken back to times of innocence and searching. The new brings together honest music perspectives from forty years of living in Goodness and Joy. Gift contributions are welcome to be made at events, as well as online at any time. Learn more about Rosedale Bible College and our online program, Training in Ministry. | | | SEED Church Leadership Program In Matthew 13 Jesus says the Kingdom of God is like a mustard seed that grows into a tree where the birds of the air can find rest and a home in its branches. SEED is designed to equip cross-cultural leaders who are helping to grow the church and welcome different cultures and languages to the United States. It is specially designed for second-language learners and helps leaders serve as cultural bridges within their congregations and communities. It is a three-year program that meets two Saturday mornings a week from September through May. The event will take place Wednesday, September 7th from 6-8 pm in a tent located on the campus at 1001 East Oregon Road, Lititz PA. Ferich will talk about planting native plant gardens and landscapes that reduce stormwater runoff and create environments for pollinators and other wildlife to thrive. In her program, Linda will explain the essential elements wildlife needs to survive: food, water, cover, and places to raise young while integrating sustainable gardening and landscape practices.
