Ho, ho, ho!
We hope you had a wonderful holiday season! Our Project Christmas Presents blessed over 175 children in over 90 families. The Neighborhood Santa Christmas party was a highlight for families new to our services this year. With the help of 10 volunteers both in view and out of sight, 30 children were able to enjoy a giant bag of gifts, as well as lots of cookies and crafts. As each child opened a gift with Santa, It was so heartwarming hearing "This is exactly what I've been wanting!" We owe a big thanks to everyone who helped make this happen.
Can you believe we raised $300,000 in our first Thanks4Giving campaign?! With this accomplishment Rod Redcay will be doing a backflip into a freezing cold pond (Polar Plunge) at noon on New Years Day.
Mark your calendar for these upcoming Thinking Thursdays! Each weekly event is open to everyone in the community. From January through May, we host community gatherings with a different theme each week. Thinking Thursdays are targeted for ages 12 and up. Events start at 7 pm and end at 8 pm.
