Rooted in Faith: A Devotional Book Celebrating Sixty Years at Landis Homes is a collection of Sunday morning sermons and weekday devotionals shared at Landis Homes in the past several years. Landis Homes seeks to build on its Anabaptist foundational values and to be a place where Anabaptist Christians and believers from other traditions can be open to the Spirit and learn from each other. The writings are organized around author Palmer Becker's core values of Anabaptist Christians: 1. Jesus is the center of our faith. 2. Community is the center of our life. 3. Pastors & Leaders Open House 
October 28, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Mennonite Life Visitors Center

The Mennonite Life Visitors Center staff invites pastors and congregational leaders to our open house.  Our open houses will begin with a complimentary showing of the Biblical Tabernacle Experience followed by a brief discussion linking the story of the Tabernacle to Anabaptism today. Afterwards, you'll have time to browse the educational resources available at our store, take in a showing of our free movie, "We Believe," and enjoy further conversation over coffee, donuts, and refreshments.

Indigenous Peoples' Heritage Month Longhouse Tours 
November 15-16, 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, and 2:30 pm at the 1719 Museum  Admission: Adults $12, youth 7016: $6, Children under 6 and under, free.

Learn about the first inhabitants of present-day Lancaster County! Enjoy a tour of the Lancaster Longhouse and learn about 17th & 18th-century Indigenous culture, history, agriculture, and foodways.
