Dear Friends of CrossNet,

I want to begin by thanking you for your patience, your prayers, and your continued belief in the work God is doing in eastern Lancaster County. These past months have been full—full of growth, full of transition, and full of God’s unmistakable provision. I’m grateful for the chance to share an update with you today. We are getting back on track with designing a monthly newsletter communication, but for now, I'm pleased to be connecting with a quick letter, just from me to you.

Welcoming New Faces to the CrossNet Team

The Lord has blessed us with several gifted individuals who have joined (or transitioned within) our staff since the start of 2026, and I am thrilled to introduce them to you.

·      Alona Savchenko – Our welcoming presence at the front desk. Alona brings warmth, hospitality, and a heart for people that shines the moment you walk through our doors.

·      Natalie Smith – Serving as our Mentor & Education Manager, Natalie has been pouring deeply into students and volunteers, strengthening relationships and expanding opportunities for growth.

·      Nia Martin – Supporting CrossNet temporarily as our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Nia has jumped right in to help us communicate clearly and creatively with the community.

·      June Hollinger – A familiar face in a new role, June has transitioned internally to become our Front Office Administrator, where her organizational gifts and steady presence are a tremendous blessing.

·      Sophia Duke – Our new Director of Development, Sophia brings passion, experience, and a deep commitment to stewarding resources wisely as we look toward the future.

Each of these individuals has already made a meaningful impact, and I am grateful for the ways God continues to build this team.

Stewarding Resources with Care

As many of you know, the cost of postage has continued to rise. In an effort to steward financial gifts wisely—and to ensure that as many dollars as possible go directly to serving our neighbors—we will begin sending most donation acknowledgment letters by email rather than by physical mail.

Please know this:

Our gratitude for your generosity has not changed.

Your financial gifts allow us to serve our community through our four pillars—Food & Nutrition, Community Outreach, Case Management, and the Youth Center—and we remain deeply thankful for every single person who partners with us in this mission.

If you prefer to continue receiving paper acknowledgments, we will gladly honor that. Simply let us know.

A Wonderful Evening at the Annual Banquet on March 24.

I also want to extend a heartfelt thank‑you to everyone who joined us for our annual banquet. What a joyful night it was—full of laughter, connection, and encouragement. We were honored to welcome author and podcaster Carlos Whittaker, whose message of human connection resonated deeply with so many. Your presence, your enthusiasm, and your support made the evening truly special.

Looking Ahead with Hope

Reflecting on these past months, I find myself coming before the Lord with deep humility. He has done so much—far more than we could ask or imagine—and yet, I sense there is more to come.

I often say that I feel like I’m standing on tip‑toe, peering into the future, eager to see the ways God will continue to use CrossNet Ministries for His purposes. The new building, the new staff, the new opportunities—they are all tools in His hands. And we are committed to stewarding them faithfully, prayerfully, and with open hearts.

Thank you for walking with us. Thank you for believing in this mission. Thank you for loving your neighbors so well.

With gratitude and anticipation,

Allison Cuthie
