As August comes to a close, so does REAL Life Community Services' fiscal year. Before the month ends, I want to first thank you for supporting REAL Life and believing that every person deserves hope, dignity, and the opportunity for a fresh start.
Because of compassionate partners like you, families facing overwhelming circumstances are finding the support they need to move from crisis to stability and from simply surviving to truly thriving.
As we look toward the close of our fiscal year, we also have an important goal to reach. We are currently $60,000 short of our fundraising goal for the year, and we need your help to close that gap before August 31.

One family's story reminds us why this work matters.
Eleven months ago, a young mother and her little daughter came to the Glory House with nowhere to live. They had exhausted every option and were facing an uncertain future. She wasn't looking for a handout. She was searching for hope.
Because of supporters like you, she found both.

She received healthy food, parenting support through our Parents as Teachers program, and financial literacy counseling that equipped her for a future of independence. With encouragement, accountability, and the support of caring staff, she worked tirelessly to rebuild her life.
Today, she and her daughter are living in an apartment of their own. They have a safe place to call home, renewed confidence, and a future filled with possibility.
Her story is one of many made possible because people like you choose to invest in hope.
