ABB Update - September We're so glad you're here! It's a joy to share what God is doing through our Ministry Partners, and this season we wanted to take a moment to share why this work matters so much to us. Why Accounting? Ministry leaders already carry so much. Add in the time, training, and cost it takes to manage accounting and compliance well, and it's no wonder so many leaders feel stretched thin or even burned out. Without the right support, some ministries are forced to scale back or close altogether. That's why we do what we do. When ABB handles the budgets, the 990s, and the financial reporting, our partners are freed up to focus on the work God has called them to: bringing clean water to communities, running Bible clubs, building homes for orphaned children, and training the next generation of missionaries and leaders. You’re invited! Behind every line in a budget is a real story: a child finding hope & healing at camp, a woman in Kenya getting the skills training, discipleship, and counseling she needs to transform her whole family, pastors being equipped and encouraged in rural Chile so that more people can hear the gospel. Join us on Friday, November 13th from 6-9pm at the Star Barn in Elizabethtown, PA to hear those stories from our Ministry Partners. Our evening together will include a delicious meal, stories from our partners, and a silent auction! RSVP Staff Spotlight: Quintin! Meet Quintin, our Director of Tax! Quintin has been part of the ABB team since February 2021. He serves as a lead accountant for many of our partners and also helps our partners with their tax filings, including their 990s. We're so thankful for the care and steadiness he brings to that work. Quintin prayerfully supports our partners and loves getting to be part of the work they’re doing by serving alongside them or even golfing with them if you really twist his arm! 🙂 We asked Quintin what he's enjoying most about working with our Ministry Partners, and he shared: "I love being so closely involved with our ministry partners. The opportunity to help out at ministry events gives me a closer vantage point to the impact our partners are making in their communities. Instead of just looking at numbers on a screen, I get to see the faces of the lives that are being changed. I saw children experience so much joy while at the Promise Ranch event, and I got to hear about new ways In Him Christian Wellness  is working to serve their community at the golf tournament." PRAYER REQUESTS We're hiring! Please pray that the Lord would lead the right candidates to us and give our team wisdom as we make this decision. Please continue to lift up Haiti in prayer as gang rule and violence continues to be devastating for so many. Even with roads blocked, pray that communities would have enough food and basic supplies.
