Dear bulletin editor,
Thank you for including the following announcements in your congregation's Sunday bulletin, newsletters or e-mail groups. New events are highlighted. Also, if at all possible, please post the event posters attached below on your church's bulletin boards.

  • Book Launch: The Bird-in-Hand StoryJohn and Myrna Smucker will speak about business and family history as they launch the new 50-year history of Bird-in-Hand Corporation, The Bird-in-Hand Story at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, at the Bird-in-Hand Restaurant, 2760 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bird-in-Hand, PA. Attendees should enter using the Bird-in-Hand Stage entrance. Starting at 6:30, before the signing, attendees will receive free access to the dessert bar and beverages in the restaurant. Additionally, a complimentary pie will be given for each book purchased during this event.
  • Christmas Candlelight Tours—Experience the holiday season at the 1719 Herr House & Museum this fall. Candlelight Tours run from 6 to 8 p.m. on December 6 and 7 (Thursday and Friday), and from 5 to 8:30 on December 8 (Saturday). This year focuses on the history of printing.
