Two Cuban Asylum Seekers wrongfully detained in York Detention Center for over a year. They need your VOICE!

Members of the Faith Community and Local Community Members stood in solidarity yesterday as CWS Lancaster held a press conference calling for the release of two Cubans in York Detention Center.

Please find a great explanation of the situation here and then we ask you to please take action on this case by signing the petition. CWS stands beside these two men, who would have qualified for service as a Cuban entrant or parole through our Cuban Haitian Entrant program, had they not been detained.

Stop by our table! We will have 'Welcome Signs' for sale $10/sign.

CWS is running in the YWCA's Race Against Racism tomorrow, Saturday, April 27th and we are teaming up with the Islamic Community Center of Lancaster! We hope you will join us in solidarity with our Muslim brothers and sisters.

The CWS Annual Community Appreciation Breakfast is coming up on May 9th! Will you be spending the morning with us?

This year we are so pleased to share a beautiful friendship, shown by Shawn Smucker and Mohammad, facilitated in discussion by Matt Barcaro, WGAL News Reporter.

We are so grateful to our sponsors: Commonwealth Kitchen and Cafe, Shumaker PDT, HumanKind Water, and Gerald and Rose Baer.

We've got a Concert for Refugees and Immigrants coming up! Join us for an evening of summer sun, music, and a big show of solidarity to all our neighbors. Check out the details here

It's that time of year again, for the 4th Annual CWS Refugee and Immigrant Soccer Tournament! We've got 8 teams playing for the cup on June 22-23rd. We hope to see you out there!
