These announcements are for your information and to share with others in your congregation through email, weekly bulletin, monthly newsletter, Sunday morning announcements, church website, or Facebook. Use your discretion and share what your congregation will find helpful.

LMC Biblical Classes

Church History for Anyone

Class starting Thursday, March 4,
from 6:30 to 8:00 pm
Church History, Part 2, will begin Thursday, March 4, with the first discussion 6:30-8:00 p.m. It will conclude on May 6 after 10 sessions.
Part 2 will be offered by Zoom only.
Completion of part 1 is not necessary to take part 2. The course will cover from the 16th Reformation; which will include Anabaptism, to the 20th century, which will include Pentecostalism, Evangelicalism, and Vatican Council II Catholicism.
 
If you would like to join the class, register by paying the $30 registration fee at https://lmcchurches.org/donate/, select Other Payments, and designate Church History P2 in the box. Registration is limited to 20.

Training In Ministry Winter Opportunities 
Pastors & Leaders,


A distance-learning opportunity is available to you in spring:
Spring Classes: 
March 22 - May 28
Spiritual Formation & Congregational Gift Development.

 
 
Training in Ministry, or TiM, developed through a collaboration of Rosedale Bible College, CMC, and LMC. The program includes a total of 16 courses organized in five tracks. The complete program brochure is attached. Each 10-week course earns three credits and costs $900.
 
LMC students are eligible for scholarships.
