September Recap

This September, we hosted the Monthly Giving Campaign! Through this campaign we had the pleasure of hearing from some monthly donors about why they give to CrossNet! To watch these encouraging videos, check out our Youtube page here.

We were also in preparation for the annual Winter Coat Program! Thank you to all of the donors who provided funds for and donated new coats to keep many teens and youth in the ELANCO community warm this winter.

September Stats& Current Needs

Cross Jr. Openings!

Cross Jr. officially starts on October 24th and 25th!

The Cross Jr. Program matches 4th and 5th grade students with an adult Mentor who will work with them to build self-confidence, gain life skills, and have fun.

Here are some current Cross Jr. openings:

Brecknock Elementary School: There are spots open for two female students.
Blue Ball Elementary School: There is a spot open for one male student.

If you know of a 4th or 5th grader who could positively benefit from the Cross Jr. program, please email charis@elancocross.org.

The Christmas Gift Program

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

The Christmas Gift Program is an opportunity for our community to come together to make sure needs are met, families are empowered, and the love of Jesus Christ is shared at Christmas time.

There are MANY ways to get involved in this program including helping to meet needs and volunteering! We are currently seeking individuals, families, businesses, or churches to sponsor children in our community and help provide Christmas Gifts!

November Match

November Match is back!

CrossNet has been given a $150,000 match with the goal of raising a total $300,000 for our programs.

When you donate to CrossNet in the month of November, your donation will matched dollar for dollar! We hope you will partner with us in these fundraising efforts as we continue to offer help and hope in our community.

A Story To Encourage You!

We recently had a family graduate from the Pathways to Housing Program and move into their own space! Now, we are preparing for a new family to move in and with the help of Evangelical United Methodist Church, this apartment is ready for them! We are so grateful for our partnership with EUM and their furniture ministry. We are also grateful for those who donate to the furniture ministry so apartments can be furnished to feel like home!
