Summer Is…HERE!


This week, our summer camp leadership team met to prepare their hearts and minds to lead our summer staff and campers. With the arrival of June, we welcomes 8 weeks of summer camp and countless

weekends for churches and families.


Summer is here and with it summer camp, retreats, and a chance to spend time with family and the Lord. As summer ministry begins, we invite you to pray for us. Asking our Lord's blessing is the most important element in a successful summer. We invite you to be praying for Woodcrest as we launch into a new summer. We also invite you to also join us here at camp. Join in the fun by booking a retreat, signing up for summer camp, or by spending a day at the pool. Take time to enjoy the summer in His

Creation and to connect as a family this summer.

Summer Camp Open Weeks

Our summer camp programs are filling up at record rates.

The 2024 Summer Camp season is now over 95% full. Limited space is available so we encourage our camp families to register quickly!

Room is available in our Explorer Overnight Mini Weeks, Outbound River Rumble and French Creek, and Super Sleuth Day Camp.

School of Wonder Summer Classes

Our Spring School of Wonder Classes have been enjoyed by almost 50 families. Students have had the opportunity to learn birdhouse building, wilderness survival skills, animal tracking, and more. This year we are excited to host Summer School of Wonder classes to our homeschool families.

Beginner Swim Lessons are Back!


Woodcrest is excited to host Beginner Swim Lessons again this summer. This year we are offering three weeks to choose from at 10 or 11am. This class serves ages 5 and up. The week of June 10-14 is now full.

New Father/Daughter Canoe Trip

June 15

Our annual Father & Daughter Canoe Trip is a favorite and fills up quickly. What a great way to spend time together–sharing a beautiful day on the river. Enjoy delicious food, inspiring teaching, and fun games as you

navigate the scenic Schuylkill River. This trip typically occurs in May but due to rain, will now be held on June 15

Create lasting memories that will be cherished forever.

Space is limited to only 10 families


Fall Festival Sponsors

Thanks to sponsors, our family fall festival is an annual event for our community to come enjoy a day of games, food, and fellowship. This year we are excited to host the Skit Guys for our Evening Entertainment. The Fall Festival could not happen without the partnership of our local businesses. Employment Opening

Housekeeping Staff

Immediate Opening for our Woodcrest Staff Team. Our Housekeepers are responsible to keep facilities clean and ready for guest groups present a positive image for Woodcrest. Our housekeepers are responsible to ensure that the various facilities are clean after guest use and/or ready for incoming groups. This is a part-time 10-15 hour position.
