Summer's End…Fall's Beginning


Summer goes by fast. We are abundantly grateful for the 2,000 campers that have enjoyed camp at Woodcrest this year. Through these 8 weeks, campers experienced the wonder of camp through silly games and unique experiences. Above all God blessed us with the ability to share the gospel with campers across southern Pennsylvania. As the fall approaches, Woodcrest is far from done. We are excited for what He has next for us.  

Fall Festival

September 13-15th

Thanks to sponsors, our family fall festival is an annual event for our community to come enjoy a day of games, food, and fellowship. This year we are excited to host the Skit Guys for our evening entertainment. They are a Christian comedy duo that include biblical encouragement in fun skits. We invite our families to join us for the day or book a campsite and stay the weekend. This is a great weekend to bring your family to Woodcrest for a relaxing, low cost, and fun day in God's Creation.

School of Wonder Fall Semester Open

Our School of Wonder Fall Semester is open. We are excited to host a wide array of classes this fall including Botany, Fire Safety, Christian Leadership, and even a trip to Washington D.C. The family favorite, Christmas Around the World will also be returning featuring Christmas in Russia. Some classes are already filling up! Register today.

3D Benefit Archery Shoot

August 24

Archers of all ages will enjoy testing their skills on our special 30 target course. With varied trails, a wide variety of animals, and different shooting angles, Woodcrest's annual shoot is a favorite for many. Included with your registration fee is a delicious and hearty hot brunch at 10 AM, during which you will be encouraged by our speaker.  You will also have have a chance at door prizes and time to peruse various exhibitors.


The course is open from 7 AM to 3 PM except from 10-11 AM over the brunch time. Archers may shoot the course a second time for a reduced rate.

All proceeds go towards the yearly ministry of Woodcrest Retreat and our Mission 4:12 Building Project.

Youth Worker Breakfast

October 3

Looking for a chance to sit around a table with local youth leaders and share ideas? Join us for the Youth Worker Breakfast on October 3rd. At 8am a hot breakfast will be served followed by a teaching time from Josh Good. Josh serves as the Ministry Director for Christian Endeavor and will be sharing how to encourage a contributor based youth ministry in his talk

"Hypos to Honeybees." Registration open today.
