Eastern Mennonite Missions Hub 450 volunteer opportunities Things are beginning to come alive at our downstairs community space at Hub 450. No longer do you need to get on an airplane to serve cross-culturally ... the nations are coming to us! We are excited to partner with the local community and church to create a space of welcome and refuge for the immigrant/refugee community here in Lancaster. As new initiatives are being launched, we invite you to be a part of this new venture. If you have an interest in volunteering at the Hub 450 space or helping to launch your own vision here, please reach out to us and we will continue to send you updates about how you can be involved. Eastern Mennonite Missions Vision and fundraising banquet Join us for the EMM banquet! November 4 6 p.m. in person 7 p.m. via live stream Register now Join us for this year's banquet, called "Come and See" based on Psalm 66:5, "Come and see what God has done, his awesome deeds for mankind!" The banquet is being offered two ways: in person for a smaller group and also online, live-streamed to everyone who wants to join us from anywhere in the world! Like every banquet, you'll have an opportunity to hear some incredible stories of God's work around the world. You'll also have an opportunity to partner with us. Your generosity will help us continue to carry out our mission of crossing cultures, engaging the world, and making disciples of Jesus. Join us on Thursday, November 4, at 6 p.m. in person or 7 p.m. for the live stream on our website, Facebook, or YouTube pages. The first 30 groups of 8 or more people who register for the live stream will be able to get a free watch party bag with appetizers, desserts, and more. Registrations are required for the in-person event due to space limitations, but aren't required to join the live stream. The monthly meetings provide a place for those who have a loved one living with mental illness to learn and share their experiences.
