VOLUNTEER COUNSELOR (UNPAID)
POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Services is an evangelical, life-affirming ministry that operates in Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
VOLUNTEER LAY COUNSELORS (UNPLANNED PREGNANCY)
Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Services reaches out to women and men facing unplanned pregnancy. We support and educate clients as they consider their pregnancy options. We also offer clients prenatal and parenting education and support. Our desire is to love people with the love that Jesus has shown us.
If you have a desire to help women and men facing unplanned pregnancy, and are able to commit to a regular volunteer schedule in order to build a rapport with your clients; we would love to talk with you about becoming a volunteer counselor. No lay counselor experience necessary! We provide a comprehensive training program and individual coaching on site. You will be supported in this good work of educating and supporting others.
All applicants must be in agreement with SVPS Statement of Faith, Principle, and Pro-Life Standard; available on our website www.svps.org .
