Dear Pastor,

Thank you so much for your support of the Declaration House.  We are very excited about the progress this project has made over the past few months!  As we draw near to our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, I would like to personally invite you, and perhaps a couple representatives from your congregation to attend.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Tuesday, August 27 at 11 am.  We really hope that each of you will be present for this ceremony.  We want to make sure to recognize you and your church for your support.  .

We are also planning a Dedication Ceremony for Sunday, August 25 from 2-3 pm.  We want to make sure that the faith-based community gets to bless this work prior to the public and also cover the week's events in prayer.  We will have a short worship time followed by prayer and tours of the building.

 I realize that you are very busy and may not be able to make both events.  If you must choose one over the other, please consider coming to the ribbon cutting, and possibly send a representative from your congregation for the Dedication service.

I plan to call you each, but thought it best to give you some time to process the dates and talk to your staff and congregants about who can make it.  Without your prayer and support, this building would not have been built and we really do not want to open it without you either!
