Hi Gehman Mennonite Church,
We're still looking for some volunteers! While we all practice social distancing during this time, there is an opportunity for you to volunteer at EMM's new office building at 450 North Prince Street, currently being renovated. Many people came to volunteer during the demolition weeks and now we need your help pulling new ethernet cables throughout the building. Several people per shift are needed to help pull network cable, routing through conduit and cable hooks/rings. The work is not very physically demanding, however, volunteers should be in reasonably good health and not have trouble with motions/muscles involved in pulling. Some work will be done on ladders, which will be provided.
EMM wants to be good stewards of people's safety and health. To accommodate with the appropriate COVID-19 guidelines, EMM will provide work masks for all volunteers, and everyone must abide by 6-foot social distancing parameters.
