Mennonite World Conference  Events & Information Anabaptist World Fellowship Sunday is an annual event for MWC member congregations around the world, worshipping together in spirit using the same worship resources, knowing that we belong to each other in this global family of faith. Save the date! Sunday 22 January 2023 Plan for your congregation to participate in Anabaptist World Fellowship Sunday in 2023.   Each year, Anabaptist-related churches around the world are encouraged to worship around a common theme on a Sunday close to 21 January, usually the fourth Sunday in January. On that date in 1525, the first Anabaptist baptism took place in Zurich, Switzerland. Anabaptist World Fellowship Sunday provides an opportunity to remember our common roots and celebrate our worldwide koinonia. Learn more about K-teams Lebanon at  https://www.emm.org/uncatego.../k-teams-local-in-lebanon-pa/ 1719 Museum offers Tour Guide Training Did you know that Mennonite immigrants were some of the first European settlers of Lancaster County? Learn more about their story and that of the indigenous people of this area and share that story with others. Consider becoming a volunteer tour guide at the 1719 Museum, site of Herr House and Lancaster Longhouse. A five-week long tour guide training will be offered on Saturday mornings, beginning on February 11, 2023. Volunteer guides are asked to commit to at least one tour date per month from April through October; scheduling is flexible.
