Greetings from Crossfire Youth Ministries.
This month we are highlighting the blessing of the Denver Fair.

Ring Toss Booth at the Denver Fair:
For the past 9 years Crossfire has provided a simple ring toss game at the Denver Fair. The prize for throwing a ringer is your choice of a candy bar or bag. Anyone playing gets a stuffed animal to take along home, ringing the orange bottle enters you in a chance to win one of three gift cards.

The primary reason to provide this game is the opportunity to sit in the middle of the fairway and meet people. This year was so encouraging to have past Crossfire students stop by with their families to introduce them. I think this year was the most of any time prior. Several of the first children in 1992 stopped by... seems you truly don't appreciate what you have until its gone....
One young mother who lives hours away shared she is a sunday school teacher and thanked me for starting her on a spiritual journey. Still others shared challenges going on in life..... seeds planted..... the amount of prior students stopping by was very very encouraging. May God continue to give us the strength to keep pressing on.....

I look forward to the season when many more of these seeds become alive in Jesus and experience the fullness of His Love.
4th Annual Banquet at Weaver Markets.
Mark your calendars for October 11th and reserve your seat by contacting Jim at 717.278.3102. Space is filling up....reserve today!
The evening runs from 6pm-8pm. Doors open at 5:30pm. You will be inspired by the personal testimonies from several past students and current families!

Truly appreciate our dedicated Volunteers!
Over the past 25 years we have seen over 250 give a night or two, several months or several years in sharing with our students. It truly is this dedicated group of individuals who help bring life to Crossfire. Without them we would not be able to provide the "family atmosphere" we have. To our current 20+ volunteers - THANK YOU!
Weekly we continue to serve up to 40 children on a Wednesday evening. Thursday evenings up to 30 children & Friday evenings see about 25 teens. Our Ashland Youth Center draws bout 15 each Saturday & 6-10 on a Tuesday evening. As God continues to bring children into our midst we do our best to share the Love of Jesus Christ with each of them. We value your prayers and financial support - Together we are making a difference.
Upcoming Activities:
Oct 8th - Harvest Festival at Weaver Nut Company 10am-3pm. Benefits Crossfire and Teen Central in Manheim. Bring the family and enjoy!
Oct 19th - Fall Festival at Crossfire for the Elementary students & families - we truly appreciate Indiantown Mennonite Church for providing this event.
Oct 21-23 - United Zion camp weekend retreat for our middle & high school students.
