See it here » Volunteers Start the Long Cleanup Franklin Graham encourages Louisiana homeowners Samaritan's Purse staff and hundreds of volunteers are already on the ground in south Louisiana to help residents recover from devastating floods. Franklin Graham recently saw the devastation firsthand. More than 90 percent of homes were inundated in parts of East Baton Rouge Parish. "I always believe when people get in trouble you run to them and you help them," he said. "That's what we're doing, we're running to the homeowners here." This recovery will take many months, and more volunteers are critically needed.
