Dear Friends,

It's not too late to register for a timely resource event this coming weekend co-sponsored by Eastern Mennonite Seminary in SE Penna and Lancaster Mennonite Conference. The gathering, in support of the Mennonite Church's teaching on homosexuality, aims to explore the topic in a positive manner, and to equip and edify participants for being the Jesus-shaped communities of faith – welcoming and discipling.

Ron Sider, the Friday evening speaker, will present a theological exploration and reflection.
Marti Eads and Laura Yoder will team up to provide resourcing for pastoral care and relational interactions in the first session on Saturday.
In the final Saturday morning session, Keith Weaver will address preparation for the MC USA Convention and the current LMC context.

When: Friday, June 5, 7:00-9:00 p.m. (registration 6-7 p.m.) & Saturday, June 6, 8:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.

Where: Mount Joy Mennonite Church, 320 Musser Rd, Mt Joy, PA

The registration fee of $15 (payable at the door) per person is reduced to $10 per person when 5 or more individuals from the same congregation register together.
