This is a part-time, two days per week position. Persons of color are strongly encouraged to apply. This individual will work with the LMC Credentialing Commission to credential new leaders, work with congregations to update and maintain their child protection policies, assist congregations and leaders in conflict and transition, and help to assimilate new congregations. Kingdom Teams — or K-Teams, for short — are moving beyond Lancaster, Pa., where they have been based for the past four summers. EMM hopes to form two teams of K-Team summer staff to lead youth groups. EMM is excited to offer K-Teams in Lebanon, Pa., and Phenix City, Ala. Youth groups serving in all three locations will have opportunities to learn and grow in their walks with Jesus and will serve at-risk children. Learn more and sign up at emm.org/kteams.
