Dear Phil & Kelly,
My name is Jonny Tice, and I have the privilege of serving as the director at Spruce Lake. If you don't know us, we're a retreat, conference, and youth ministry center in the Pocono Mountains of PA with the mission of pointing people toward Christ. It is my goal to provide resources and times of refreshment that can keep you going amid the hard work of church ministry.
Last year, we started a new retreat specifically geared toward those who lead worship through music or are a part of a music ministry in a church setting. I am excited to let you know that we are holding our "Pursuit of Praise" worship leaders retreat again next month, May 20-22, with Matt Goss as our keynote speaker. Matt serves as the worship pastor at LCBC church in Lancaster and is a gifted musician and teacher. We will also have Steve Garrett and his band leading us in times of worship through music at our sessions. Additionally, our breakout sessions will provide you with practical tips, and throughout the retreat we will provide times for you to connect, create, and learn from others who are serving in music ministry.
