Spring Banquet Update.

The REAL Life Real Hope Banquet held on Thursday, March 21 was a HUGE success. With more than 380 people in attendance, we were able to raise over 50 thousand dollars! Marie Monville was such an inspiration, as was our 2024 Inspiring Hope award winner, Donna Smith!

REALly Making a Difference in the Glory House

Over the past year, we had the privilege of welcoming a single father and his 10-year-old daughter to the Glory House, transitional home for those who are experiencing homelessness. The father and daughter were trying to find a shelter to stay in. Unfortunately, men-only shelters do not allow children to stay there. This man did not want to be separated from his daughter, so he reached out to REAL Life through some contacts at his daughter's school. Since then, he has found a steady job that pays well, and was even able to buy a car so he can get to work!

With the help of the school and REAL Life, his daughter was also able to have a wonderful Christmas with lots of presents. It's very heartwarming to see how the community has come together to help this man and his daughter in their time of need.
