Hello Pastor!
On Saturday May 12, 2018, Christians across our communities will be participating in Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Service's Walk Run for Life. If you're already participating, thanks so much. If we haven't heard from you and your congregation would like to take part – there's still plenty of time to get involved!
We are looking for Team Leaders, walkers, runners, volunteers and participant sponsors. For more details, please visit www.svps.org/walk-for-life.
Our desire is that people will experience the joy of aligning themselves with God and His truth. Consider our client Alyssa, who was abortion-minded and came with her boyfriend to discuss pregnancy options and have an ultrasound. We were able to show them a tiny 6-week-old baby with a very noticeable beating heart. After the scan, Alyssa said, "I am going to carry this baby. It's so real to me now, after seeing the beating heart… I can't abort her." Alyssa signed up for our prenatal classes and is considering adoption as her primary option. Praise God! What a privilege to come alongside Alyssa and many others like her in their time of need.
